Changes to PAC Procedures in Response to COVID-19
Clients are encouraged to call ahead and/or schedule their service online. Our new system automatically updates as appointment slots are taken to avoid double booking. On the home page, www.ProfessionalAutoCare.com, you click "Book Now!" to access scheduler.
We have temporarily closed the across the street waiting room. Given the large size of the room it is not feasible for us to disinfect and wipe down all surfaces between clients. The main office is wiped down after each client.
Online payments. Many of you are familiar with our online payment system for purchasing promotions and renewing Service Smart℠ memberships. We now have added the ability for you to pay for your repair bill online, too! You will see a picture of your vehicle in the virtual store once your vehicle is ready for pick up. You simply add it to the cart and check out. Once payment is received, we then remove the image of your car. The secured payment also has a PayPal option.
Your privacy is our priority. Neither your name nor license plate are shown.
We have created a new check-in process where we wipe down any item in your vehicle's interior we may have touched during your visit. Steering wheel plastic covers are used. And as always, our staff wears gloves whenever we work on your vehicle. Keys are now being placed in disposable plastic bags. Prior to your arrival, your vehicle is wiped down again. We ask that you inform us when you will pick up your vehicle so we may perform all safety measures before you arrive.
For the time being we are temporarily suspending our Courtesy Vacuum for Service Smart℠ clients. We normally vacuum the entire vehicle but in light of current events, only the driver side front area of the vehicle will be vacuumed now. If you have the Sanitization Service performed, we do vacuum the entire vehicle.
