PPVE Pays for Itself

Just received this email from a client on New Year's Eve at 6:30 pm. Wow!

Hi Karolena, Just FYI, I did have them check out the satellite antenna error code and there was indeed something wrong: they had replaced the windshield and not reconnected the satellite antenna, so happy you caught that! Happy New Year & Best Wishes for you and your family for 2021! Edwin.

Receiving emails like this one really brightens my day. This client was choosing between two different checkouts with the main difference being the full computer scan and wheel alignment readings. The main checklist itself was the same with the exception of the sections associated with the DTCs and alignment angles.

He opted for the more expensive option in the end since the vehicle was a 2017 with all of the bells and whistles. And the inspection has now paid for itself.

Best wishes to Edwin and his family for scoring a truck I know they are going to be extremely happy with and keep for a long time. I personally feel he made an excellent choice.
