Video of an Old Valve Cover Gasket

Check out this video I made showing how brittle an old valve cover gasket had become! It was noisy when I filmed it, but you'll hear a clear "snap" in the last clip. I hope this helps clarify how the oil begins to seep past them as they essentially bake to death from the engine's heat over time.
